Top Suites are located on the top of Vrodado Hill, a district of the capital town of Syros with its own Cycladic flair. Founded by refugees who fled from the island of Chios to escape the wrath of Ottoman troops during the Greek War of Independence in the 1820's, the neighbourhood is a tangle of narrow pristinely clean alleys, luminous lime-washed stairways and small living dwellings built close to one another, the work of people in the zeal of their daily toil. Above the suites stands the Church of the Resurrection (Anastassis), an imposing temple dedicated to the “Resurrection of the Nation'' and iconic landmark of Hermoupolis. Situated beneath the temple, a park with big beautiful pine trees is perfect for relaxing out of the sun gazing at the outstanding views and for parents who want to let the kids run free and feel safe. This location also offers public parking spaces.
Top Suites can be reached within a 7-minutes drive from the port or a 12-minutes climbing the stairs that lead from the main square to our door at the top of the hill where the amazing views will leave even the biggest skeptics at awe.
